Code B1880

Seatbelt Passenger Pretensioner Circuit Failure

What does code B1880 mean?

The B1880 error is a DTC code that appears when the engine control module identifies this problem: "Seatbelt Passenger Pretensioner Circuit Failure".

Although it is a universal OBD2 code applicable to almost all modern cars (since 1996), how to fix it depends heavily on the brand. Repairing this fault is not the same on an Audi as it is on a Honda.

🛠️ Need to diagnose and clear the check engine light?
