Code B0001

Driver Frontal Stage 1 Deployment Control

What does code B0001 mean?

The OBD-II diagnostic code B0001 is triggered when your vehicle's Engine Control Unit (ECU) detects an issue described as: "Driver Frontal Stage 1 Deployment Control".

Although it is a universal OBD2 code applicable to almost all modern cars (since 1996), how to fix it depends heavily on the brand. Repairing this fault is not the same on an Audi as it is on a Honda.
