14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of CarWatch PRO. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of your initial transaction.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please reply to your Lemon Squeezy purchase receipt email or contact our support team. Include your order number and the email address used for the purchase. Refund requests are processed within 2-5 business days.
Exceptions
After the 14-day period has passed, we generally do not offer refunds. However, if you experience technical issues preventing the software from working as advertised, we will evaluate exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
Revocation of Access
Once a refund is processed, your CarWatch PRO license will be immediately revoked, and your account will be downgraded to the basic, free tier.
